Promotional Period:
Start Date: Friday 18th December 2025
End Date: 30 January 2026 at 11:59PM AEST

Eligibility:

  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
  • Entrants must be business owners or authorised business representatives.
  • Employees of Embark Agency and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.

How to Enter:
To enter, during the Promotional Period, participants must:

  1. Follow @embarkagency on Instagram
  2. Like the competition post
  3. Tag at least one other business owner in the comments

Each unique comment counts as one entry. Multiple entries are permitted when tagging different businesses.

Prizes:

  • 1x Grand Prize: $1,000 orth of professional brand or graphic design services from Embark Agency.
  • 3x Runners-Up: Comprehensive Brand Audit valued at $800 each.

Prizes must be redeemed within three (3) months of winner notification.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash.

The Promoter reserves the right to determine the scope of services provided.
If the winner’s business is not aligned with Embark Agency’s services, values or capabilities, an alternative winner may be selected.

Winner Selection & Notification:

Winners will be selected by random draw on Monday 2 February 2026.

Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message and announced on @embarkagency_ Instagram stories or posts.

Winners must respond within five (5) business days of notification.
If a winner does not respond within this timeframe, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
