HPP is widely recognised as a leader in the cut-to-size manufacturing space, but their brand and digital presence hadn’t kept pace with their innovation. Our challenge was to elevate the brand to reflect its true market leadership, while clearly communicating the depth and complexity of HPP’s services — a key point of difference often overlooked in the broader industry.
Strategic foundations built on insight.
We kicked off the project with in-depth stakeholder interviews, customer insights, and competitor analysis to clarify HPP’s positioning and identify where the brand could better connect with its audience. This groundwork informed a full brand strategy, visual language refresh, and a more confident, contemporary brand identity that mirrors HPP’s ambition and operational excellence.
Translating complexity into clarity.
The next stage was a complete overhaul of the website – not just in look and feel, but in how it communicates. With a complex service ecosystem, we focused heavily on user experience, ensuring each service page was designed to be intuitive, informative, and accessible. The new site structure allows users to easily navigate HPP’s offerings, while the refreshed UI/UX elevates the brand’s professionalism and functionality.
Building tools for future growth.
In addition to the new website and visual identity, we helped roll out a complete rebuild of HPP’s Learning Management System (LMS) to support training and onboarding at scale. We also collaborated on a content strategy to support the new brand direction — including photography, videography, and messaging. Currently, we’re working closely with HPP on a tailored social media strategy and management approach to help amplify their brand and connect more consistently with their audience.
