At Embark Agency, our relationship with P3 Recovery goes beyond that of a traditional client. As founding shareholders, we partnered with P3’s ownership team from the ground up, shaping the brand strategy, marketing direction, and franchise model that has taken P3 from a single location to 12 franchises across Australia and New Zealand (and growing), with plans to expand into the USA. From day one, our mission was clear: to position P3 as an accessible, evidence-based recovery and wellness brand designed for everyone—not just elite athletes. We created a brand that is strong, inspiring, and inclusive, appealing to everyday individuals looking to optimise their physical and mental wellbeing.

P3’s brand is built on inclusivity, accessibility, and empowerment. From the imagery we curated to the messaging strategy we developed, every element was designed to appeal to a broad audience. We intentionally moved away from the “sports-only” stereotype, positioning P3 as a wellness space for every body, while still retaining credibility with athletes and high-performance individuals.
Creating a franchise-ready brand from the ground up.
We built every brand touchpoint to ensure P3 could scale seamlessly. This involved developing comprehensive brand and marketing strategies, establishing franchise onboarding systems with ready-to-use Canva templates for local centres, and delivering content marketing across blogs, social media, and campaigns. We also managed creative for Meta advertising to drive pre- and post-launch membership sign-ups and supported both HQ franchise sales marketing and individual franchise location marketing. This holistic approach gave P3 a clear framework for consistent messaging, strong brand delivery, and effective local marketing support—fueling rapid and sustainable growth.
Designing a fully scalable digital platform.
A major pillar of our work was developing P3’s franchise-ready website. We designed and built a fully scalable platform to support their growth and global expansion plans, implementing a multi-site setup to cater to international markets, including the New Zealand. The website features detailed location pages and an interactive map for easy navigation, along with seamless integration into the Hapana booking system to ensure a smooth user experience. Its template-driven design allows for effortless replication across new franchise locations. This digital foundation has positioned P3 as a future-proof wellness franchise, capable of rapid scaling while maintaining brand consistency and delivering an exceptional user experience.

Through close collaboration with the P3 shareholder team, we helped establish a brand and marketing ecosystem capable of supporting rapid franchise growth. Today, P3 is a thriving franchise model with locations across Australia and New Zealand and plans underway for Global expansion.
