To address this, we delivered innovative solutions across UX, design, and digital touchpoints. We developed multi-language, multi-country websites with tailored content and pricing for each region, ensuring a seamless experience for diverse audiences. We also created a refined and intuitive UI/UX design that simplified product browsing and purchasing for different customer types. In addition, we implemented smart QR code integrations that link products directly to installation videos, providing customers with effortless, step-by-step guidance. Together, these improvements streamlined the customer experience, reduced friction across markets, and positioned Straightcurve as an accessible, user-friendly brand for a global audience.
