We helped Andrews Projects get the most views on realestate.com.

Andrews Projects are boutique Gold Coast developers of commercial, retail, luxury housing and multi-residential properties. In 2018, they came to us to help them brand their tallest and most exclusive project yet. The development, a $70 million 74 luxury apartment complex, was planned for the heart of Broadbeach, a prime suburb close to the beach. As they were building off the plan, Andrews Projects needed their branding and marketing to reflect the calibre of the development to prospective buyers.

We handled Vue’s branding from start to finish. This included logo, website and marketing material such as brochures. As the project was selling off the plan, branding was an incredibly important part of selling the lifestyle. Branding collateral was integral to creating an emotional attachment between potential buyer and the development. In other words, we had to tell a story that ‘sold the dream’.

Vue’s architecture was elegant, minimal and stylish so we drew inspiration from this to build the brand. Part of selling the dream is showing people what they can expect, so we showcased the build and the fixtures to cement it as a high-end luxury development in people’s minds. Having consistency between the architecture and the branding fosters trust in prospective customers.

Generating leads is one of the most important metrics in brand development and marketing. Vue experienced an incredibly successful launch becoming one of the highest viewed listings on realestate.com. This success allowed them to commence their second luxury Broadbeach development, aptly named Encore, which we are also proud to have been part of.
