Fourteen years in, I dreaded Mondays.

From the outside, the business looked like a success. Clients across Australia and into the US. A team. A full book of work. Every external measure said it was working.

On the inside, I'd lost the purpose. I had built exactly what I set out to build, two brothers, a garage on the Gold Coast, a belief that businesses deserve better thinking behind how they show up. And then I woke up one day as a passenger in my own business. The purpose that started it had gone quiet.

I couldn't say that out loud to anyone. From the outside, what was there to complain about?

So I did the only thing that made sense. I went back to the foundations and rebuilt. The positioning, the name, the brand. All of it. What came out the other side was Embark.
